Xubus, the core

Xubus is the bookkeeping, together with CRM and CMS. Receipts, the bank and recurring items are read by AI and prepared. Relationships and the site sit on the same line. Maximum AI support runs through the whole system.

CRM and CMS

The CRM keeps relationships, open matters and the next step, next to the figures. The CMS publishes pages, photos and forms. AI supports the upkeep, the writing and the publishing.

Collectio, vertical

Collectio is the vertical solution for collection management. It goes further than a catalogue: a file per work, value and ownership, exhibitions and a site of its own. Maximum AI support is built in here as well.
